The 125,000 square foot mixed-use commercial and multi-family project will be located on a vacant urban city block between Josephine and Grayson streets on Broadway. The development will consist of retail, restaurant, and office spaces on the 1st floor, and 114 residential apartments on the 2nd-4th floors. With convenient access to US 281, IH-35, the Pearl Brewery development, downtown, the Witte Museum, the Museum of Art, the Botanical Gardens, the San Antonio Zoo, Brackenridge Park, the Brackenridge Golf Course and the Museum Reach of the San Antonio River walk the project will achieve high marks in the LEED rating system in the location and linkages and sustainable sites categories.
